Usually Skype application window is in background hidden by screen sharing application or web browser and to unmute and say something I need to find Skype window, switch to it, click button, then switch back to active window, repeate to mute again. What a pain! <br />So I've created this application to easily mute and unmute Skype with single key press or mouse click on always-on-top visual button. This button is also helps to visually identify if Skype is already muted. Later I've added PTT functionality (<a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Push-to-talk">push-to-talk</a>, Skype is unmuted while you keep key down and get back muted when you release it). <br /> <br />How to use it: <br /><ol><li>Download and install prerequisites: <a href="http://www.skype.com/intl/en-us/get-skype/">Skype 3+</a>, <a href="http://www.microsoft.com/download/en/details.aspx?id=17851">.Net Framework 4.0</a> <br /></li><li>Download and unpack <a href="http://www.mediafire.com/file/qf0yma06hqc5a9b/EzMute-EzPtt_1.2.zip">EzMute &amp; EzPtt for Skype 1.2</a></li><li>Start Skype then start EzMute application (after first launch Skype will ask should it grant access to this plugin, please allow it)</li><li>After call is started you may click visual button at top right corner of the screen to mute / unmute the call.</li><li>In the tray you may right-click application's icon to set mute &amp; PTT keybord keys (they are disabled by default), unlock button's position, and adjust other settings.</li><li>You may <a href="http://www.mediafire.com/?y4zdno86s6ld0">look here</a> for newer versions</li></ol>Not satisfied?
